Backgrounds
CIL is a reliable providers to build plastic injection moulds&metal tools and dies, OEM components for the international markets. We are a Hong Kong based company with more than 20 years OEM project development experiences.
Our operations and engineering project management center is located in DongGuan China which is about one hour driving from Hong Kong.
The Company are managed through two primary engineering teams:
They are mould making and finish goods project team focus on customers particular applications. There are 10 people to looking after the tooling developments and product developments.
Each engineering team has a project manager to manage the vendor relationship and sourcing networks; a project engineer to manage the project program and there are two engineers to looking after the tool and product development.
Experiences in automotive parts, medical devices, personal care items and household appliances.
Large mould size project experiences is around 14tons ¨C automotives accessories; 450 tons to 2000tons plastic mould injection machine available for tooling trial.
Small precision project like medical devices are capable to produce & manage.
Exporting to Germany,United Kingdom, Spain,USA & HongKong. |
